1. Services

Hilltop Tree Services LLC provides tree care services including tree removal, tree trimming, stump grinding, emergency tree service, and tree debris hauling. We serve homeowners and properties across Penn Hills, Pennsylvania and the surrounding Allegheny and Westmoreland County communities.

All services are subject to availability, scheduling, weather conditions, equipment access, and on-site conditions at the time of work. We reserve the right to refuse, postpone, or discontinue any service for reasons of safety, legal compliance, structural risk, or any other condition that would put our crew, the property, or surrounding people at risk.

2. Estimates and Pricing

Estimates provided by phone, email, text, or in person are non-binding unless confirmed in writing as a formal written quote. A written quote becomes the working scope of the project once approved by the customer.

Final pricing may vary from the original estimate if the actual scope of work changes, if site conditions differ from what was initially described, if additional materials or equipment are required, or if unforeseen issues are discovered once work begins. Any pricing changes will be discussed with the customer before additional work is performed.

3. Payments

Our website does not collect payments. No payment information is requested, processed, or stored through this website. All payment for services is handled directly between Hilltop Tree Services LLC and the customer outside of the website.

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless other terms have been agreed to in writing in advance. Failure to pay for completed services may result in lawful collection actions, including the use of collection agencies, small claims court, or other remedies available under Pennsylvania law.

4. Appointments and Access

The customer is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work area on the scheduled service date. This includes unlocking gates, securing pets indoors or in another area away from the work zone, moving vehicles or outdoor items that block access, and identifying any underground utilities, septic components, irrigation lines, or other hazards we should be aware of.

If our crew arrives on the scheduled date and cannot complete the work due to access issues, unsafe conditions, or the customer's absence when a sign-off is required, we reserve the right to reschedule the appointment.

5. SMS Messaging Terms

If you provide your phone number through our contact form or by phone, you may receive SMS text messages from Hilltop Tree Services LLC related to your service request. By providing your phone number, you consent to receive these messages.

• SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing any service from us.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hilltop Tree Services LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our website or services. This includes but is not limited to lost profits, loss of property value, loss of use, or any damages beyond the direct cost of the service performed.

We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or service interruptions caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including weather events, equipment failures, supplier issues, illness, or any other event of force majeure.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to a service we provide is capped at the amount the customer paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or our services will be handled in the appropriate court in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
